Acceptance of terms

By using Axoloti, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service description

Axoloti is a lead tracking and sales follow-up tool. It allows you to centralize your leads, plan follow-up actions, and receive reminders.

User accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account. You must not share your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend any account in case of misuse.

Payment and subscription

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Prices are in euros including tax. A free plan is available with limited features.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, your account switches to the free plan with limited features.

Limitation of liability

Axoloti is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount of your subscription over the last 12 months.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified by email or through the application. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
